We're a little slow to get to this, but given our fascination with those renderings of the glassy building that was expected to rise on Fourth Avenue and Seventh Street on the Gowanus side of the Park Slope-Gowanus DMZ, we'd feel very empty inside not taking note of Brownstoner's post that the property is on the market. Specifically, for about $9.75 million with approved plans for a 12-story building--presumably that very glassy number--included. Does that mean the gloom among Brooklyn window washers lifts a little?
