Rumblings & Bumblings: Tribeca Guts, Chelsea Worry, TKTS Troubles

If it's Tuesday, and there's development, there'll be Rumblings & Bumblings. If you've got an answer to one of the reader queries below, leave a note in the comments. If you've got another question, or a sweet, sweet digital photograph, drop a line to tips@curbed.com. Answers from readers like you on Thursday.

1) Soho: A reader write from North Tribeca: "What's happening to this gutted building on West Broadway just north of Felix?" No clue. That's why we're asking.

2) West Chelsea: From just north of the new starchitecture district comes this query about an old friend: Any news on the old Exxon Station 23rd & 10th? It seems they are running into problems, water pumping, etc?"

3) Times Square: Here's one for tourists and those who love them: "Do you guys have any idea what is going on with the new TKTS booth in Duffy Square? There doesn't seem to have been any progress made in months." We want our damn Stairway to Nowhere already!
