The funky color scheme of this loft space in a former tea factory in Bushwick must have turned off prospective tenants, so the landlord took the original listing and tweaked it in a way that every Bushwick property owner should copy: He added "East Williamsburg" to the location and said that the other tenants are "all young artists, musicians and professional hipsters!!" Perfect! After all, hipsters love ugly crap?it's so kitschy!
