Now Renting: One Ten 3rd

We've covered every inch of the Toll Brothers' One Ten 3rd in the East Village, from partial nudity to unwelcome visitors to modern art installations, but one angle we have yet to tackle is the renting out of the units. Just recently, two apartments hit the rental market through Halstead: a one-bedroom for $3,800/month, and a two-bedroom for $6,200/month. The prices are in line with other luxury-development rentals, so there's no story there, but both listings do offer candid interior shots that give you a feel for the building. The two-bedroom listing?which was just chopped down $200/month, per StreetEasy?is the real winner, with some creepy Poltergeist photo effects (right) and a nondenominational, Zen-less reference to an "illuminated contemplation garden." As for the building itself: still ugly.
