1) West Village: "Hey guys - I was wondering if you had any info on what appears to be some development on the southeast corner of West 4th and Bank St. in the west village. Looks like its being developed with condos on the upper floors and retail on the first floor. This is just south of the new Marc Jacobs store in the old salon on the north east corner of that block. In terms of the new development, there appears to be two buildings, one a grey brick building on then left side of the picture and a red brick on the right (with the blue plywood on the first floor).

2) Upper East Side: "I know at some point some real estate commentators brought up building on top of the Chapin School on 84th and East End, but as many times as I've walked through Carl Schurz Park in the past couple of months, it wasn't until yesterday that I noticed how intense the progress is on the building. I remember a controversy in my community board meeting, but I never followed through on it. What exactly are they doing again? Seems like they have at least four stories built and they are FLYING along. Very weird."

3) Lower East Side: "On Suffolk Street between Stanton and Houston they put up a wooden veneer? and a building permit. They've been working on it non-stop ... they've also added about a foot or two of brick to the adjoining non-wood
veneered building. I've always wondered what that building actually housed as well as the one right across from it ..?"
