The Crest on Second Street, one of the Fourth Avenue developments from developer Shaya Boymelgreen, has also lost the black netting around its upper floors. The surprise is that, in reality, the top of the structure is marginally less hideous than the renderings would have indicated. Except for the one-story handle-looking thing on the roof which, sadly, isn't in the photo.
