100 N3 Lofts' 'Inexplicable' Windows in Williamsburg

So what does the exterior of yesterday's Development Du Jour, the 100 N3 Lofts, look like? Our man on the street Will Femia notes: "The weirdest thing about the building from the street view is the horizontal windows that swing open." One commenter yesterday said that the windows in the lofts might be a bit small: "The windows always seemed inexplicable and now I can see that there are 'duplexes' behind them...I am not sure I understand the illogic of not putting large beautiful windows in that keep in character with the older buildings." Us, we're waiting for the blue-and-silver exterior.
