One Jackson Square is a sleek, undulating condo building currently springing to life in the West Village. Jackson Square, which gives OneJax its prefab identity, is a derelict park that was the subject of a legendary Curbed reader rant in August. The issue then: would the city clean up the park (and shoo away the assorted homeless and infamous Pigeon Lady) so the new neighbors wouldn't feel icky about their investments? Jeremiah's Vanishing New York checked in, and sure enough, Jackson Square is suddenly getting cleaned up, thanks to an unlikely benefactor. As Jeremiah puts it, "I guess it's a sort of welcome to all its new customers moving into the square."
