Last week, we had an interior shot of Corcoran's big, new 40 broker office on Bedford Avenue in the Burg. This is the view from the street, where it will be sandwiched between a bagel shop and a pharmacy. Will the street art on the wall stay and will the people that sometimes pass out drunk around the corner be displaced? We'll know soon.
