Seven-figure PriceChop?you do hate to see that. This ridiculously nice 4BR Great Jones Street loft was given the full treatment back in August, but apparently the large photo studio and 28' x 10' sitting room couldn't ring up any buyers. Manhattan Loft Guy Sandy Mattingly noted the reduction, and traced the unit's roots back to June 2006, when the ~4,000sf loft was originally listed for $6.85 million. It's been quite the journey since. But has its time come?
