Curbed Roundtable: The Year of Queens?

Queens blog OuterB makes the startling claim that "2007 is the year of Queens," buttressed by the news from real estate listings search service Trulia that the borough cracked its top 10 most-searched terms for the entire country in its February search trends report—the only NYC spot to make the list. Plus, adds OuterB, the stature of the borough has never been higher: "The interest in Queens has been building steam for years, and is just hitting a tipping point of recognition with an Internet-savvy generation."

Tipping point! Internet savvy! Makes a certain kind of sense. But what, dear readers, do you have to say about the little borough that could? We're especially interested in hearing from those currently in the Queens real estate market. Let's hear it in the comments, or to tips@curbed.com.
