As a coda of sorts to onetime Harlem blogger Bagel in Harlem's unexpected departure from the neighborhood early this year, Harlem Fur notes that Saurin Parke Cafe on 110th Street and Frederick Douglas Boulevard has begun serving—um, yeah, bagels. But with all progress comes pain:
While some of the changes under the new owners are welcome, such as H&H Bagels, one change seems to have had a noticeable negative impact.
