It's nothing compared to the Toll Brothers falling construction crane on Third Avenue last year, but we were strolling down windblown Kent Avenue yesterday when we noticed that the Tolls had developed a big hole in the fence around their Northside Piers tower, allowing for strolling inside and excellent exploration opportunities for one's inner builder. Looks like a parking ramp in there. Also note that more windows have been added.
