A special Curbed correspondent who's always providing us with excellent Williamsburg vantage points--for instance, this and this--sends in the photo above to update progress on the erection of steel at 100 N. 3rd Street across from the Mill Building. He writes:
The steel is almost complete, I think. From what I recall, there will be one more floor, set back 15 feet from the front. Two apts. on the ground floor, 6 each on the next three, and 4 on the top.Probably more construction sites per square block in Williamsburg than virtually anywhere else in the city.
