Way back in the good old days of early December, when winter seemed like it would not happen, the Forté Condo in Fort Greene was a mere seven stories and was using a colorful, decorated coffee truck as a sales office. Well, now it's about 21 stories, which is higher than the temperature, and it has a weird and windowless, but colorful, trailer type of thing as its sales office. Also, the Forté is starting to get its windows and exterior masonry. The Forté will go to 28 stories (with 108 condos), so it should actually be topped off by spring, if not sooner. The "Flatiron Building of Brooklyn" comes from the Clarett Group.
