Before The Splasher, WK's Ludlow Creation Weekend

Yesterday, we reported that The Splasher had struck on Ludlow Street. Today, something pretty amazing, as a memoriam of sorts. A special Curbed correspondent emails, "In the summer of 2002 over a 48 hour period WK created those two murals on 141-143 Ludlow Street. I happened to catch him beforehand and decided to document the creation. Every hour or two for that weekend I snapped a picture of his progress; attached are a few choice shots from those few days."
