"Two floors of this old printing building have been thoughtfully combined to reflect a taste of Tuscany with every modern convenience imaginable," reads the broker babble for this $7.5 million, 5,000 square foot trophy property that's been on the market since early October. A tipster submitted it for That's Rather Hideous consideration, but something about the place sorta delights us, even if we're struggling to find the Italian countryside vibe. (Bonus points if anyone identify which stadium yielded the bleacher seats.)
