New Look on Union Avenue: Chocolate Edition

Continuing our little look at Union Avenue in Williamsburg, we go west of the BQE and stop on the corner of Frost Street, in the shadow of the backside of Karl Fischer Row. There we find a yellowish-and-greenish glass offering, also from Kutnicki Bernstein Architects from whence our Union & Powers condos also will spring. The future McCarren Park Estates building on the site of the old Manhattan Chocolate facility will be six-stories tall and have 121,000 square feet and 62 apartments. Plus parking for 44 cars. Initial plans were rejected, though, so actual results may vary.
