When last we turned a lens to the Finger Building of Richardson Street, it was still mostly steel. Now, the Finger has walls and dark-looking glass and is right there in the middle of its block. It can be seen from a distance fingering its neighbors. It's quite the happening development spot, as the Richardson Finger has many new little friends.
