Even though Jean Nouvel's shiny glass boxes at 40 Mercer Street are sold out, developer Andre Balazs is still going to get some mileage out of them. The Balazs knows what type of people buy these apartments, so he opened up the building to a group of Columbia Business School students. Is he planting seeds in the minds of future potential purchasers? But of course. The visit was documented by a Flickr user and above is a shot of a personal lap pool that's being installed.
