1) The Ann Curry takedown on the Upper West Side continues. The Today show correspondent, whose rooftop addition to her brownstone has pissed off neighbors for four years running, is now facing off against a fourth plaintiff in the lawsuit against her. The landlord of a building next door says Curry's dangerous, unsafe, illegal and inconsiderate construction put his tenants at risk. [Page Six]
