Back in the day, youthful renters often sought ways to turn 1BRs into 2BRs (or, hell, 3BRs) with artfully built intra-apartment walls. As in all things, the pendulum is swinging back. Today's reader question:
Rental market is crazy. Do brokers/owners/renters have an opinion on specifically targeting 2BR to knock down a wall and create a liveable 1BR?
