It begins. The splash website for Philipe Starck's Gramercy adventure has just gone live, and in classic Starck style, it has us totally entranced despite the fact the site is just a simple animation and mailing list signup form. Anyway, while we're on the subject, tipster intel on what seems to now officially be dubbed Gramercy Starck: "Looks like their sales center is taking over the former Blockbuster location on 3rd between 25th and 26th, but it's not open yet. And I still don't know what the corner of 1st and 23rd has to do with Gramercy."
