Steiner Shows New Mustard, Digs Hipsters

You remember the Old Dutch Mustard Building in Williamsburg, right? Well, Steiner Equities, which demolished it, revealed the New Look Mustard to the Real Deal. The debut includes some details about the new six-story building which will be called 80 Met. The first phase will have 124 units and Phase II will have another 50 units. GreenbergFarrow is designing the condo, which will have an indoor swimming pool. Apparently, 80 Met will leave standing a space belonging to dance group called Streb on N. 1st Street. Steiner Equities President Doug Steiner tells the Real Deal: "We like the hipster element in Williamsburg, and we wanted to help preserve some of the artists' space that's there." If anyone has more renderings of the New Mustard, be in touch with tips@curbed.com and we'll post them in about .05 seconds.
