We say mindfuck because, as previously mentioned, the building is technically at 157 Chambers Street, but it's listed as 143 Reade Street because of the "discreet" lobby being built there (seen above). How did we get said lobby pic? Because the full website has launched, sillypoo! Click through for renderings and floorplans galore, including the five-bedroom penthouse (warning: PDF) and a fairly slammin' roof deck. And that's not all! Corcoran has unleashed an initial batch of listings upon the world, with a $1,505/square-foot average, according to our friends at Streeteasy. Of that figure, our tipster says, "damn reasonable." What say you, public?
