Just because the condo conversion plans at the International Toy Center were pretty much called off, and just because the bigger of the two buildings was sold, it doesn't mean that Joseph Chetrit and Co. don't want to keep reminding you of what could have been, given the sign that still hangs on 200 Fifth Avenue.
