We could, at this point, poke serious fun at the "flavors of Williamsburg" idea and wonder whether it's a 15-month aged Manchego or a nice Drunken Goat, but that would be gratuitous. Instead, we'll settle for saying that a Home Expo sounds like something you'd have in the Poconos rather than on Kent Avenue. On the other hand, we're down with the Billyburg Barbecue as long as they fire up some Tofu Pups. Hard hat tours!
