And the Top Brooklyn Developer Is...David Walentas

So, David Walentas--and his Two Trees Management--is the biggest developer in Brooklyn. The ranking comes from the Real Deal, which counted up 905 units in sales or built by Two Trees, significantly more than the competition. Number Two, in fact, is Douglaston Development, which has yet to break ground on its 891 units (but will do so any day). Number Three is Katan Developers with 700 units built or under construction. Number Four is Boymelgreen Developers with 655 units. If you're into numbers, Brooklyn's Top Ten have completed or have 5,800 units in the works since 2005, nearly half the Brooklyn condos approved to start sales by the state over the last two years. Oh, and most of Two Trees units aren't in Dumbo.
