Dumbo's Corner of Light is Shining

If you've looked up at night in Dumbo recently, you've noticed that, along with residents moving in and some lights on in the windows, Boymelgreen Developers' Beacon Condo now has a permanent head of light. Back in January, there were reports of very bright flood lighting of the top of the building. Turns out it was just a temporary installation and that the Beacon now has a roof that is lit from the inside. Together with the lights atop the headquarters of architect Robert Scarano's firm alongside the Manhattan Bridge, it makes Dumbo's Corner of Light. We don't know what the J Condo will contribute in terms of luminence, but it's bound to add something.
