Sometimes you get so used to a place being a construction zone that it's hard to actually envision people living there. So it is with the corner of Greenpoint you might call the Tahoe Triangle, by nature of all the Tahoe Development buildings going in there. (If you know this part of Brooklyn, you can spot a Tahoe building from a mile away...they're heavy on gray brick and similar architecture.) Anyway, we can report the first actual residents moving into the building known as the Eckford & Engert. We have bikes, lawn chairs and, already, people beating rugs clean on the balcony.
