An email from a tipster says it all: "Today's NYTimes has 9 separate rental listings for Blue. That's 30% of the building. I wonder how things are going there. From the pictures, it looks like the pixalated windows might not be so great viewed from the inside." A surf on over to the Real Estate page (online version) turns up four listings on a quick search for 105 Norfolk Street, including the two-bedroom unit we already covered, which has been chopped down $400/month to $6,300. We wondered who would want to live in BLUE, and now we know: definitely not the people who actually, you know, bought the apartments.
