One Madison Already Accounted For?

We don't know how we missed this one yesterday, but maybe our brains just needed an extra 24 hours to process it. The Post is reporting that the One Madison Avenue clock tower, after being put up for sale about a minute ago, has already found a suitor: Lev Leviev. So, it looks like Ian Schrager's private playground is all but kaput. And what's gotten into Lev Leviev lately? Should we be worried? He's got a supervillain's name, a mysterious company (Africa-Israel), and he's buying up every trophy property in the city, including the old Times building and half of the Apthorp. Those quaint old days of Leviev-Boymelgreen seem like a million years ago. Does he come for evil or good?
