Our allusion to the Toll Brothers' first foray into Manhattan, One Ten 3rd, reminded us that we haven't checked in with the big glass box in a while. As you can see, much of the multi-colored glass has been fitted, and even some balconies are getting in on the action. Also, nothing dangerous has fallen off the building in at least a month. Congrats, guys! The development's website is touting summer '07 occupancy, but given the current state, we're not sure we can believe that. Halstead's listings page shows just two units available, a $1.89 million three-bedroom, and a $1.3 million two-bedroom.
