Despite only being ranked #3 on CityRealty's Fifth Avenue Top 10, the 14-story Rosario Candela building at 834 Fifth Avenue gets the full 740 Park treatment from the Observer's Max Abelson this week. By that, we mean Abelson gives an entertaining unit-by-unit guide to the 77-year-old co-op. It's a fabulous read, because 834 Fifth is the type of building where you can be described as being "10 windows." Of note: Rupert Murdoch, who closed on the $44 million Rockefeller triplex penthouse two years ago, still hasn't moved in. His monthly charges: $22,573. It's good to be the MySpace king! If you want in, John De Lorean's old 15-roomer is on the market for $39.5 million.
