The bedroom, which is indeed on another level, has no door, they cried, and the stairs on the first level merely split the living space in two. That pushed the majority of the estimates to the low side. Says one commenter, "A walkup studio in Hells Kitchen? I would pay about $350000 for that apartment. At most." It should come as no surprise, then, that the price has risen twice since it was first listed earlier this month.
