What a beautiful corner of Soho the three interlocking buildings at Broadway and Spring Street make. Wouldn't you like to own this parcel of paradise for yourself? Of course you would. And you can, friend. The Post's Lois Weiss reports today that the Schack family, the owners of 530, 532 and 536 Broadway, have decided to sell?and they're looking to pocket around $250 million. The tenants of the buildings, which include The Onion and Dolce & Gabbana, all have leases that are up in the next five years, so there's some potential here. And let's not forget about the 125 feet of retail frontage. Over/under on the first condo conversion + Trader Joe's rumor: three months.
