New Williamsburg Buildings Standing Tall

The slew of new buildings in and around Metropolitan, Kent and Wythe Avenues in Williamsburg are taking shape fast, starting with 100 N. 3rd Street, which is above. Last time we checked on the structure, which is across from the Mill Building, it was just an erection of steel. No longer.

This is 129 Metropolitan Avenue, with 110 N. 3rd behind it. 120 Metroplitan will be six stories and have 13 units.


Northside Piers, about three-fourths glassed in, as viewed from Metropolitan and Wythe Avenues.


The growing hole is the former site of the Old Dutch Mustard Company building and future 80 Met. The building behind, sporting the growth, is 66 N. 1st Street. Addition on top by Scarano Architects.
