CurbedWire: The Sinks Have Arrived at One Ten, The Lenox Is Grander, and Early Fireworks on the UWS

Let's get the week start with some fresh intel off the Wire, shall we?

EAST VILLAGEA tipster dials in this breaking appliance news from the corner of 13th and 3rd: "some kohlers (sinks, I assume- couldn't get a look at the tag on the box (right)) to go with your sub zeros over at 110 Third Avenue this AM!" [CurbedWire Inbox]

HARLEMTwo years after the first shots were fired in the battle for Lenox Ave. luxification, the Lenox continues to beat up on the Lenox Grand. A reader checks in to shillrub it in: "I think you were bit off on the LENOX GRAND, I live in THE LENOX which is wonderful on 380 Lenox Ave. I am directly across the street and absolutely nothing is doing there and I doubt if anyone is moving in soon. I think there is a BIG secret going on there and their supposed gorgeous lobby as show in the photos is now an ugly yellow hole in the wall that looks like a medi center...The bldg was not finished the way it was promised, I think it would be great if you could get to the real truth on this bldg..." UPPER WEST SIDEFinally, more noise from just north of 96th St. "On Saturday night, there were 60 seconds of moderately elaborate fireworks, apparently launched from the street by someone on West 97th between Columbus and Amsterdam," a tipster writes. "They barely cleared the roof of the 14-story building. What the hell? I expected the police to come running with sirens blaring, but there was nothing. No applause either, so it apparently wasn't part of some special event. What the heck was that?" [CurbedWire Inbox]
