The new buildings rising along Fourth Avenue are not all concentrated in the corridor north of the Prospect Expressway where buildings like the Novo Park Slope can be found. This one, for instance, is going up at Fourth Avenue and 19th Street in what was the northern part of Sunset Park until it was sort of annexed in the ever growing re-branding of part of the neighborhood as the South Slope. It's an 11-story specimen with 44 apartments. Visible from a distance.
