On the Racked: H&M Coming to LES, Tiffany Taunts FiDi, More!

1) Lower East Side: Brace yourself. According to a reliable source close to Racked, Swedish fast-fashion chain H&M is opening an outpost on Delancey Street. 2) FiDi: Plywood report: forthcoming Tiffany store tells Wall Street dudes: "Close the Deal." Meantime, Shakespeare & Co. closes up shop. Poignant juxtaposition, no?

3) West Village/Chelsea: It's official: August 4 will be the last day of dyes at the Robert Kree Salon on Bleecker Street. Word from the scene is that most hairdressers will be deployed to the recently opened Chris Chase salon in Chelsea.
