Thursday FSBO #1: Solitary Soho Soldier?

The Manhattan Loft Guy has a question: Where have all the loft FSBOs gone? In his unscientific study (searching the Times' online listings) 700 Manhattan lofts priced between $900k and $4mm turned up, with just one for-sale-by-owner unit. Here is that listing, a 1,400sf fifth-floor walkup with an undisclosed address priced at $1.6 million. The top-floor co-op champions its skylights, large windows, exposed brick and quiet nature. It's a one-bedroom, but it looks like there's at least one other bed crammed in there. So, is this all there is when it comes to loft FSBO action? Oh God no. Coming soon: something that will blow. your. mind.
