The New Look Fourth Avenue, Park Slope Side

As a rule of thumb, there's one new building going up every three blocks on Fourth Avenue, although they tend to cluster in certain spots, for instance, between First Street and Seventh Street. Regardless, what you're looking at above is the view from Third Street at the Park Slope side of Fourth Avenue. Note the new storefront on the right. The Crest is the new building in the middle and the building we've previously called the Big Mac Tower--because it's well situated to cure that late night McD's craving--is the tallish thing in the background.

This specimen, at Fourth Avenue and Baltic Streets, just lost its scaffolding and netting revealing...well, the design that you see.

We're calling this one, at Fourth Avenue and 12th Street, which will have 137 units and 12 stories, the Olive Garden Building, because its the rumored location of a new Olive Garden. No word on the Red Lobster Building yet.
