Earlier this year, the Landmarks Preservation Commission gave a green light to plans to convert the big parking garage you see above into a condo development called Love Lane Mews. The flickr photographer who dropped this pic of the 400-space garage into our Curbed Photo Pool noted that the last day for the garage is July 31. It's actually five separate buildings on Love Lane and College Place, and 38 condos and two townhouses are coming. The 400 spaces will be replaced by 25 underground ones leading us to conclude that there are going to be a couple of hundred people, give or take, in Brooklyn Heights that will feel something a little less than love for Love Lane Mews.
