On the Market: One and Done on Central Park West

According to CityRealty, no building on Central Park West has more balconies fronting on Central Park than 80 CPW, a post-war 25-story tower at 68th Street. It's a million-dollar view, certainly, which means that even the lowly one-bedroom co-op units go for north of $1 million. Such as this one, with south and east exposures and priced generously enough for a Curbed reader to remark: "What is the most expensive one bedroom ever? This one is." We're sure we've seen worse, but that $509,000 down payment for a one-bedroom apartment certainly stings. Open house on Sunday for all your park aspirers.
