A totally tubular Curbed tipster sends along the above fresh rendering of Long Island City's ten63, which is the condo development springing to life on the old Hackett Building lot (who's up for some destructoporn nostalgia?). It's not much different than our last glimpse at a rendering, but it's nice to see this sharp little guy in a fully realized, daytime setting. The teaser site still isn't offering much, but our tipster's inside info goes a little something like this: sales will start within a few weeks, and the building will have a part-time doorman, gym, roof deck, etc.
