Nevermind the various controversies over Thor Equities $2 billion plan to redevelop Coney Island, including yesterday's flare up about demolishing some old buildings and suggestions that the developer isn't operating in good faith. We're simply putting this up to point out that Thor's "Future of Coney Island" website has gone all Coney Island Love on us. Upside: There aren't any beaver or wet dream references yet. Downside: This is going to go on for years, so the opportunities are almost limitless.
