Lowdown: We're sorry we've neglected Be@William for so long, but when you're on the same street as William Beaver, it's hard to get attention. Spotlighted by the Post in May as one of the more affordable new downtown developments, this converted 1960s office building was bought by the developers (the same ones as Richard Meier's OPP) in 2005 for $32 million. The reason for the * above? Those were the original prices, and according to StreetEasy, Corcoran just tweaked them because they've been selling like hotcakes. This is a first-time buyers' party palace, because all the fun stuff goes on in the rooftop be@spot Sky Lounge, where there's a wi-fi lounge, billiards/media room, gym and terrace. Sounds a wee bit college dormy, but overall this looks good.
