Absurd Amenity of the Day: Cipriani Club 55

Yesterday's William Beaver vs. other FiDi developments thread reminded us that, for all intents and purposes, the Cipriani Club Residences at 55 Wall Street have been criminally under-covered on this site. As a matter of fact, whenever we bring it up, it's usually just to remind everyone of this. Guiseppe, our apologies. To make up for it, we're going to take a detailed look at the glamorous Cipriani Club 55, a redonk assortment of amenities that's free for buyers for two years, and $5,000/year after. Non-residents can also sign up at the $5k/year rate. Some of these lovely images are on the Cipriani Club's website, some aren't. Ooh, mystery! There's an open house this weekend, if you want to see the goods in the flesh.

The barber shop, which opens in the fall, has four antique porcelain barber
shop chairs. They will also shave you. Sexy.

The library, open now, is 4,000 square feet and has 5,000 books. As of now, it is unclear how many of these are pop-up. The library is also available for private receptions. Party in the library!

The screening room, open in the fall, has a capacity of 24. We love a good stage curtain.

The billiards room, another fall addition, will have a custom brown oak billiards
table and 10 leather dining chairs.

And it wouldn't be a Cipriani affair without a resturant. "Opening soon," one floor will be open to the public, the other is for club members only. Each level seats 75, with a 50-person terrace.
