Asking $3.75 million for a small UES townhouse that is obviously a wreck, based on the description." Indeed, the brokerbabble is chock full of telltale signs that this is serious recovery project: "diamond in the rough!... bring your architect and make this jewel your home." And the only photo we've got is the blurry exterior shot above. Anyone care to hit up the open house tonight and report back?
