This week's top dish from Eater, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...

1) The latest victim of a Department of Health shutdown: Jeffrey Chodorow's flagship China Grill. Says the Chodorow gang, "[W]e are going to take this opportunity to get ahead of the curve, as there is no longer any margin for error."
2) Last call at Jerry's in Soho. Coming soon: Michael Kors, who presumably will not be serving brunch.
3) Pinkberry, it's an epidemic.
4) Ludlow Street's Blue Seats challenges "verge of opening" record.
